The Story

Located in one of Boston’s most student-dominted neighborhoods, 525 Linc offers a new style of living that combines the freedom and independence of an apartment, with the built-in community of a college dorm.

Working closely with National Development, we crafted a vibrant identity that invites a new wave of young renters to experience uncomplicated living.

At the centerpiece of the launch campaign are free-form collages that capture the creative grit and youthful spirit of Allston’s “rock city” past.

punk rock, but make it residential

The design system takes inspiration from music gig posters and zine culture, striking a balance between boldness, simplicity, and uninhibited artistic expression.

the silly non-selects

Warm color tones, candid polaroids, and “lived-in” lifestyle scenes evoke a carefree sense of belonging and nostalgia.

Unfussy, unbothered

Hand-drawn sketches and branded scotch tape adds an playful, human element that feels at once relatable and cool.
